SURVIVOR SUPPORT VOLUNTEER TRAINING

As a non-profit, we rely on volunteers. Male or female, young or old, whether it be crafts or light construction, there are many different ways you can help.

Together We Can Stop This Injustice

Did you know that Sex Trafficking is one of the fastest-growing crimes in the world?
At Present Age, we have committed ourselves to combat this injustice in North Carolina, and around the globe.
Here is a snapshot of how we accomplish that through specific programming efforts.

Awareness & Training

We utilize our experience in partner mobilization as well as direct services to survivors of Human Trafficking to create and facilitate Awareness Seminars to a wide audience.

Prevention

Since 2011 we have dedicated staff and resources to address prevention and intervention strategies for children impacted by human trafficking. Our model offers a two-pronged approach.

Direct Services

Our FOR THE ONE survivor support program exists to address survivors’ need for consistency, stability and security. Clients may or may not live in one of our homes while participating in our programs.

Meet The Team

We are a faith based organization, we do not discriminate or force those we serve to share in our beliefs. We seek to provide quality services as we rebuild trust, restore hope and redefine love for survivors of sexual abuse, exploitation and trafficking.

All those in leadership, or who represent Present Age Ministries in any capacity are expected to partner with us in our statement of faith.

A community unaware of the problem will not be a part of the solution. Let’s change that together.
